5/31-6/1と開催された、日本離床学会学術集会に参加してきました。
今回は、アジアパシフィック離床ネットワーク＋日本離床学会合同国際カンファレンス
ということで、数百名の参加者の内、半数は諸外国の方々でした。

英語でのプレゼンということで、めちゃくちゃ練習しました。が、
いざ本番となり練習の時よりクオリティが下がっちゃっいました。

This product was born from a personal experience when my aunt was hospitalized.

After surgery, she had recovered enough to walk. But in the end, she had to give up on walking.

Why?

Because many medical devices were connected to her body, making it very difficult for her to move.

And this wasn’t just a problem for her. It was also a heavy burden for the medical staff.

Every time she needed to walk, they had to prepare the devices, assist her, and clean up afterward.

On top of that, in Japanese hospitals, the medical fee system limits the time and frequency of postoperative walking support.

This means each opportunity for walking support must be made as effective as possible.

That’s why I wanted to create a tool.

One that enables both patients and healthcare workers to achieve safer, easier, and higher-quality walking after surgery.

This is that tool. It’s called the PASET WALKER.

It allows multiple devices to be attached quickly all at once.

Setup is simple. It’s easy to grip, and it moves smoothly.

And it’s designed so that anyone can use it intuitively.
